Old Photo Restore is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). Family and personal photographs you upload for restoration, and the restored versions generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To restore your photos — improving face clarity, removing scratches and damage, and colorizing black-and-white images — save results to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uploaded photos are processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce the restorations you request. We do not use your photos to train models.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI restoration processing), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your photos and restorations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. Family photos can be deeply personal: you may delete creations in the product at any time, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
